My wife and I really wanted this place to rent. We submitted an above market price and for an extended period. We found Ned very responsive to our needs. As a quid pro quo the landlord painted the apartment and fixed the lights prior to us moving. Furthermore, Ned allowed us to access the property prior to moving in to measure the spaces our furniture would be placed. Since moving in Ned has been very responsive to our requests. After settling in we found that some of the older appliances were not working. These have been replaced / repaired with a minimum of fuss. Based on my personal experience highly recommend Ned to both owners and tenants.
